MODO DE PREPARO</b><br />
Coloque no liquidificador os ingredientes, deixando o fermento e a farinha por
último.<br />
A farinha de trigo integral é para ser colocada aos poucos, com o liquidificador
em funcionamento. Coloque o fermento quando já tiver colocado metade da farinha.<br />
Depois, prossiga colocando o restante da farinha.<br />
Se o liquidificador tiver dificuldade de trabalhar no início, use uma colher de
pau para ajudar a mexer os ingredientes.Bata tudo muito bem.<br />
A massa fica bem grudenta e mole, é normal. Unte uma fôrma com azeite e farinha
e despeje a massa nela. O próximo passo é deixar a massa descansar em local
quente por 20 minutos, cobrindo-a com um paninho levemente úmido. Se estiver frio, aqueça o seu forno, desligue-o e coloque a massa dentro dele
para descansar e crescer. Finalizado o tempo de crescimento, é só levar ao
forno médio preaquecido para assar.<br />
O tempo de cozimento fica em torno de 30 minutos.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
